REMAIN SITTING AT YOUR TABLE AND LISTEN

Pop Art and Surrealism are merged through a lens crossfading and merging between stills and video. The result is a dreamworld of beauty fringed by the dystopian.

I was asked by the organisers of the Brighton Rocks 2 UK Film Festival 2019 to create an installation which was captivating with ambient qualities too, allowing viewers to watch the film as a whole piece, or be looping in the background. Designed to be projected large scale, it can also be used to create an impact upon arrival at an event/ festival with slowly shifting cross dissolved images and film. The accompanying music by thegreyzone creates an ethereal soundscape and mood. Multiple screens can be added as pop art multiple layers slowly morph into something more challenging. Shot in Brighton UK and 'Abandoned' Berlin locations it is a unique addition to any film festival. Mark Nelson
